Nearly 15% of firms in the country are Black-owned and an overwhelming number of us firmly believe that supporting Black businesses drives meaningful progress. A reflection of pride, progress, and the power of community. So we built a space that celebrates that spirit—a curated market of Black-owned brands rooted in culture, fueled by creativity and vibe.

To bring it to life, we built a custom brand identity for the FTC Blk Market. Inspired by traditional screen printing, secret societies, and the iconic logo marks woven throughout Black history, the identity design blends those rich textures and bold colors with modern patterns, typography, and a dose of counterculture energy. It’s a brand system that honors where we’ve been—and where we’re headed.
